  10. includes a table of contents and an index, plus free, automatic upgrades
  11. for one year.  If you register less than two weeks before we begin shipping
  12. a new version of the product, we will hold your order and send you only
  13. the new release, and extend your registration period accordingly.

  29. in US dollars and drawn on a US bank.  This price includes shipping and
  30. handling to destinations in the United States.  Residents of New York State
  31. should add 7% sales tax, and customers outside the US should add $5US per
  32. copy shipped.
